About
Leonie is a Research Assistant in the School of Management. She is currently working on 'RDNM: The generation of a best practice Regional Development Network Model' a project funded by the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales (HEFCW) Innovation Capacity Development Fund. Leonie has over 4 years of experience in data collection and analysis and has recently published her work on sadism in 'Personality and Individual Differences'. While Leonie's background is in Criminology and Psychology her interests are widespread and she is a keen researcher.
Leonie holds a MSc in Abnormal and Clinical Psychology with her dissertation focusing on: 'Creating Evil: Can sadism be induced?', a BSc in Criminology and Psychology and is currently completing a PhD in Criminology on the topic of: 'Female Sexual Offenders through the Criminal Justice lens'.
